About Our Founder
For as long as she can remember, Kaitlyn has had a deep love for dogs. From fostering and rescuing strays to being the bridge between a dog and their forever family, she has always been their voice. Whether pulling a pup off the streets of San Juan or helping others find their perfect rescue, her dedication has never wavered.
NuHope was born from heartbreak, love, and an unshakable mission: to bring comfort, dignity, and hope to shelter dogs. Inspired by her soul dog, Sirouk ("Nu"), she carries his legacy forward - one bed, one rescue, and one second chance at a time.
